These terms and conditions apply to the sale of products in Stafróa's online store. When purchasing products in the online store, the customer agrees to the terms. Information on the website is published subject to malfunctions, viruses or typing errors.

 

Delivery of goods

Product delivery time is 1 - 3 working days but may take longer during peak times.

Dropp delivers orders in the capital area, but the Post office outside it.

The delivery, warranty and transport terms of Dropp and the Post apply to the delivery of the product. It is also possible to pick up an order by arrangement. Stafrói reserves the right to cancel orders, e.g. due to incorrect price information or other mistakes.

Price of product
Prices on the Stafróa website are in Icelandic króna and include VAT.
Stafrói reserves the right to change prices without notice and withdraw offers at any time.

 

Shipping costs - Capital Region
In the capital area, products are delivered by Dropp.
There are no shipping costs if you order for 20,000 ISK. or more.
Shipping costs are included in Dropp's price list for orders under ISK 20,000.
It is also available to pick up products by agreement.

 

Shipping costs - Outside the capital area
Outside the capital area, products are delivered by Post.
There are no shipping costs if you order for 20,000 ISK. or more.
Shipping costs are included in the Post's price list for orders under ISK 20,000.
It is also available to pick up products by agreement.

 

Return deadline
The right to return a non-defective product is 14 days from delivery, but you can also request changes to the product if it has not been delivered correctly. The price of Stafroa is refunded up to 70%. The reason it is not fully refundable is that each Stafroi is custom made to order. 
 
If the product is returned with a request for a refund of 70% of the purchase price, the product must be returned to us undamaged.  Refund from us to the buyer  will be made as soon as possible and no later than after 30 days.
 
A refund is made if the above conditions are met.
The return of the product is the buyer's responsibility and expense, except in the case of a wrong/defective product.
You can return a product by sending it together with a printed receipt to:

Product use
Stafró's products must be used in accordance with the description of appropriate use on Stafró's website and according to the communication that comes with each Stafró's product. Stafroi is not a toy for children at all, but a design intended to beautify a space by hanging it from the ceiling. If Stafrói and letters together with shapes are used in a way other than according to Stafrói's instructions for use, the company will not be held liable for damages that may or may result from it, nor can reimbursement be demanded.

 

Changes to Terms and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by Icelandic law, including the provisions of the Act on Consumer Purchases no. 48/2003 and Act no. 16/2016 on consumer contracts.
Stafrói reserves the right to change these terms. Changes take effect after the publication of the updated terms on Stafróa's website.
If a dispute arises between Stafrói and the company's customers, it shall be brought before the Reykjaness District Court.
