Refund terms
The right to return a non-defective product is 14 days from delivery, but you can also request changes to the product if it has not been delivered correctly. The price of Stafrói is refunded up to 70%. The reason it is not fully refundable is that each Stafrói is custom made to order.
If the product is returned with a request for a refund of 70% of the purchase price, the product must be returned to us undamaged. A refund from us to the buyer is transferred as soon as possible and no later than after 30 days.
